It' That Time Again

Here's a little info for next year:  

We will offer a morning class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11 am for 3-4 year olds ($75.00) and an afternoon class on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12-2:30 pm for 4-5 year olds. ($80.00).  We offer 3 years of different curriculum so that your child can have a variety of learning experiences during his/her preschool years and with two teachers your child will receive more individual attention.  We go on at least one field trip each month and usually theme it after what we are learning for the month.  Each child will have an opportunity to be spotlighted during the school year;  this lets them share all of their talents, favorites, hobbies etc. and gives their friends the opportunity to learn more about them.  We will be working on Kindergarten readiness and helping the children learn letters, their sounds and how to put them together to make words.  Readers are sent home once a week for you and your child to read together.  This year we have many children that are reading, even before they reach Kindergarten.  We believe that children learn better hands on, which means we give them opportunities to learn through experimenting for themselves.  We also teach that children have responsibility too.  Our hope is that each child will understand the importance of following through when given a task and not giving up.  This will help them as they go through their school years and have homework and assignments that need to be finished on time and will also give them self-confidence and independence that they can do things, "By myself".
We have given our current students the opportunity to register first, so there are limited openings.  If you are interested, or know someone who is, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible as to assure a spot for your child for the 2011-2012 school year.  We are excited for a fun new preschool year!!
